Description

This is a comic of HoneyBatty's old days. This story takes on a year later of her resurrection.

Its been a year later for Julia Addams who now renames herself, "HoneyBatty." During her year in the other world, she was thinking about settling a score with the people who hurt her from her previous life. The first person she targeted is her ex-best friend, Heather.

Her motive: Revenge. She wanted to get revenge on her for her betrayal, ruining her chance to have a love life with the boy fell in love with in high school, and causing her to die from her illness.

However, there was a problem. She doesn't know how to get back to the human world but she had help by another kemonomimi name Tanya, who knows that there's a portal to the human world and made a deal with her.

After going through the portal, she immediately walked all the way to Heather's house. As she made it, she peeked through the window and spotted her sitting on the couch, crying. As she was ready to attack her, Heather began yelling at herself. She stopped and began to listen.

Heather: Its all my fault! Its all my fault! What have I done?! *Sobbing* Its all my fault that Julia is dead!

HoneyBatty: .....

After listening, HoneyBatty realized that Heather was truly sorry for all the damages she had done. Then she heard that Heather saying that she does deserved all the punishments she has received since Julia died. Getting kicked out of school, losing her part-time job, her friends abandoned her, people screaming and yelling at her and being called a murderer. She sees now that her life went downhill and she regrets her actions.

Next, she walked to her foster family's home and sees that her foster dad and his daughter's lives went downhill too. She learned that her foster mom kicked him and his daughter out of their home after he confessed that he has been mistreating her and knew that his daughter has been bulling her and her little foster sister. For the little foster sister, her mother forgiven her and promised her daughter to be a better parent. But deep down she blames herself for letting Julia and Julia's mother down. HoneyBatty sees that they do really miss her but so she decided to let them move on with their lives.

As she was continuing walking, she spotted her formal love interest and sees his life was on the rocks as well. He's homeless, messy, and he was depressed. She learned that his parents kicked him out of the house because they were thinking that he was involved with Heather too and they did cared about Julia deeply. After he was kicked out, he blamed himself for rejecting Julia when he learned that she was in love with him and sees that he was in love with her too. But.... its too late for this fool, he can't fix what he has done.

After seeing everything, all the anger she has inside her has vanished and she decided to spare them.

While walking, she began to speak.

HoneyBatty: Maybe if you have learned to control your jealousy, I'll still be alive today. You knew you were putting my health at risk, Heather. And now you're going to live with this guilt for the rest of your life. You're not even worth killing and that dimwit who broke my heart, killed my spirit, and my will to live.

After saying her words, she felt a tear running down her face as she returns back to the other world.

Not all humans are ruthless and vile. You and I, for example: when we do wrong, we can see the black ooze on our hands (black ooze is a metaphor for guilt and shame, as well as acknowledgement of our sin). Heather, I guess, began to see her hand stained more and more with the black ooze. I will say that the ooze is something I dread to have on my hands.
